Fear is a nasty feeling. It disables us to the point we can't think of anything useful while there is plentyof possible solutions around us, it's just we can't see them.The fear is very connected to breathing. By controlling your breathing, you control the fear. I applied it for the first time when I was shooting a live broadcast. Running from your fear, like quitting riding because you're afraid of them is often not a solution because fear comes out in another situation. If you defeat your fear of horses, you'll defeat the fear on other areas.
