A riding class can be single while we are in the round pen or double when we ride on trail.
One riding class lasts 45 minutes, and saddling is included. At least that's what it should be like. In reality, it's a little different. Catching and saddling of horses lasts as long as as it takes, and if a group is larger, it can take even a full hour because not everybody can saddle a horse on their own. When we ride on trail, a class always lasts two hours unless I get lost, then it lasts much longer.A class in the round pen lasts 30 minutes of riding and 15 minutes a student needs to practice saddling.
